Owner's Title Insurance

Once the title search and exam are complete, we will issue an Owner's Title Insurance Policy. This policy protects you from any hidden risks or defects in the title that may have gone undetected during the search and exam, including forgery, fraud, and undiscovered liens. In the event that there is a problem with the title, your insurance policy will cover the cost of any associated legal fees.
Owner's Title Insurance is effective for the entire period of home ownership. Standard and enhanced owner's policies are available. Owner's Title Insurance is paid as a one-time premium at the time of closing.
