Identify potential issues or threats to your title through a comprehensive title search and exam. Our experienced examiners perform a thorough search so you can close with confidence.
Owner's Title Insurance
Protect yourself from hidden risks to your title, including forgery, fraud, and undiscovered liens, for the entire time you own your home. Standard and enhanced policies are available.
Lender's Title Insurance
Required by mortgage lenders to protect their interests against hidden risks to the title. This policy is in effect for the life of the loan and does not extend protection to the homeowner.
Real Estate Closing Services
Real Estate Closings
Providing closing and settlement services for residential and commercial real estate. We offer in-house closings at our Northshore, Chattanooga office as well as digital and remote closings.
